Schumannseck WWII Memorial Trail
3km – Easy. A short, contemplative walk through a former battlefield near Wiltz, where life-sized wartime photographs merge hauntingly with the forest. Schumannseck is one of Luxembourg’s most original and moving memorials, where history, nature and reflection meet in perfect stillness.
Eislek Pad Boulaide
12km – Challenging. Unexpectedly epic! From a high-tech exhibition in Boulaide to the rocky heights of the Houfels, this Eislek Pad is full of surprises: public art, steep climbs, acorn-strewn paths and sweeping views over the Upper Sûre.
Nat’Our Route 5 Vianden
13km – Challenging. A spectacular cross-border loop linking the castles of Vianden and Falkenstein. Expect sweeping views, punishing climbs, and the exhilarating Lätgesbierg ridge. Lace your boots up tight and watch your step!
Eislek Pad Gilsdorf – The Schoofsbësch
8km - Intermediate This trail leads you to the Schoofsbësch quarry, a magical lost place where the sounds of industry have been replaced by the buzzing of insects and the soft rustle of wildflowers in the wind. Take a picnic!
Nat’Our Route 4 – The “Ourtalschleife”
16km – Intermediate. A quiet cross-border loop with silent forests, riverside paths, a hidden mega-power plant, the grandiose sweep of the Ourtalschleife, and the haunting ruins of Falkenstein Castle. All in all, a satisfying, off-the-beaten-path day on the trails.
Naturpad Conzefenn Weiswampach
8km - Easy / medium. A gentle trail near Weiswampach that weaves through lakeside parkland, wetlands, and quiet forest. If forest bathing is a thing, this one offers an even more complete experience: nature bathing.
BS4 Château de Bourscheid
10km - Challenging Reimagined to start at Michelau Gare, this version of the BS4 trail climbs steeply to the magnificent "Gringlee" viewpoint before circling back past mighty Bourscheid Castle.
TA4 Trail: Discover the Château de Brandenbourg
9km - Intermediate This road less travelled will lead you to the gates of the glorious ruins of the Château de Brandenbourg. It's a trail of stunning viewpoints and an authentic experience amidst wild landscapes, without tourist distractions. Wonderful!
Circuit du Lac (Eastern Part)
17km - Challenging This premium trail around the Lac de la Haute Sûre is all about those sublime viewpoints over Esch-Sauer (Esch-sur-Sûre) and the shimmering "Stausee"!
